The application runs on cloud infrastructure; application data is hosted on a managed database located in the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany).
Beta test — no warranty
TIOS is provided in beta test, “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TIOS Team SAS does not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors, or the accuracy of the analyses produced. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
Deliverables generated by TIOS are decision support and do not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice. TIOS Team SAS cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the content produced, nor for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site and application (trademarks, texts, interfaces, methods) are protected. Content you enter or upload remains your property.
Personal data
The data you provide is processed to operate the service. You have a right of access, rectification and deletion, exercisable at contact@tios.team.
