Frequently asked questions

TIOS is in beta test. The following describes how the service currently works — subject to change, with no commitment on our part.

Is TIOS a finished product?
No. TIOS is in beta test. The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of availability, accuracy or outcome, and with no contractual commitment on our part. Features may change, be added or removed at any time. Use it accordingly.
Can I rely on the analyses to make an investment decision?
Deliverables are produced by AI models from the available sources and documents. They are decision support, not investment advice. Every figure and conclusion must be verified before any decision. The investment decision remains entirely your responsibility.
Where is my data hosted?
Application data (deals, contacts, notes, reports) is hosted in the European Union, on managed database infrastructure located in the Frankfurt region (Germany). Documents you upload pass through file storage to be analysed.
Is my data isolated from other users?
Yes. Each account is partitioned at the database level (Row-Level Security): a query can only read its own account's data. The demo mode uses a separate, read-only account containing only fictitious data.
Are my confidential documents kept?
Documents attached when launching an agent are ephemeral by default: read for the analysis, then deleted from storage. They are kept only if you explicitly attach them to a company — in which case they join that record's document corpus, where you can delete them at any time.
Is my data used to train AI models?
Your content is sent to the AI model provider only to produce the answer you request. We do not use your data to train our own models.
Who can see what I enter?
The members you invite to your workspace, according to their role (owner, member, viewer). Outside your team, access is restricted to what is strictly required to operate the service technically.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Write to contact@tios.team to request deletion of your account and associated data.
How much does it cost?
During the beta, a free tier lets you explore the product. Pricing terms may evolve and will be communicated before any billing.
