The Windows app runs agents from your machine through your own Claude subscription: no API key to provide, no run billed by TIOS. It ships a local replica of your data — your deals stay readable with no network, on a plane or in a data room.

The dealflow CRM
Configurable pipeline as a list or a kanban, columns of your choosing, named views shared with the team. Contacts with job title, linked company and a last-interaction date computed on its own. Meeting notes, documents, tasks with assignee, due date and reminder. CSV import with a preview before anything is written.
Agents that produce deliverables
Not summaries: documents. Sourced market study from 5 to 35 pages, commercial due diligence, critical review of a seller's memorandum with its questions to advisers, accounts analysis, pre-meeting CEO brief, target screening, investment committee note. In PDF, Word and Excel.
French registries, inside the record
Paste a name or a SIREN: legal name, officers, headcount, industry code, revenue and net income come back from public data. And the BODACC watch tells you about an insolvency filing, a business sale, a striking-off or an accounts filing on the companies you follow.
About thirty data sources wired in
INSEE Sirene, INPI/RNE, BODACC, Infogreffe for France. Eurostat, ECB, OECD, World Bank, FRED, DBnomics, Comtrade for macro and sector data. EDGAR in the US, BORME in Spain, Zefix in Switzerland, the NBB in Belgium. Plus listed comparables for multiples. The agents draw on them directly — every figure carries its source.
Press watch per company and per contact
Turn on a newsflow for a deal or a person, pick the frequency — weekly, monthly, half-yearly, yearly — and add your keywords. The report lands in the record.

- What counts as an « agent run »?
- A launch that produces a deliverable: a market study, an accounts analysis, a monitoring report. Browsing the CRM, enriching a record from the registries or receiving a BODACC alert costs nothing.
- What happens when I hit the free limit?
- Agents pause; the CRM, registry enrichment and watches keep working normally. Nothing is lost. To run agents again: plug in your own API key, or move to the subscription.
- Is my data used to train models?
- No. Your data stays in your workspace, hosted in the European Union.
- Can I leave with my data?
- Yes. Deliverables download as PDF, Word and Excel, and your data remains yours.
